Exchanges and Returns

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that, and we would love to know what we can do to make things right.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The seal (the packaging of the order) must be unopened. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

To exercise this right, please contact us at TecTrove@outlook.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return registration, provided the product has already been received back in good order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Environmental Note: In addition to high costs, shipping returns releases extra CO2 into the atmosphere. By avoiding unnecessary returns, you save money and help protect the environment from further pollution. With this system, we significantly reduce CO2 emissions, allowing us to work together to help slow down global warming.

PLEASE NOTE! A return must be registered with us first, so that we can provide you with additional return instructions and know to expect your shipment.

A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
