Refund policy

Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
✔️ Be in the same condition as received
✔️ Be unworn and unused, with all tags attached
✔️ Be in the original packaging
✔️ Include proof of purchase or an invoice

Return Process

  1. Fill in our contact form to request a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send the package back within 30 days of receiving your order to the provided return address.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Check your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Beauty and personal care items
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current order and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can return your order for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
